There are at least two songs that the band played frequently in concert for which Robert Hunter is credited as sole writer (of lyrics AND music, presumably). Can you name them?

Really? I thought for sure it was "Mexicali Blues" and "I Will Take You Home"...

No, but now that you mention it, I think I'm going to write one called I Will Take You To Your Blue Mexicali Home.

One of them that I'm thinking of they played a total of 36 times and the other 159 times, FWIW.

Would they be It Must Have Been The Roses and Easy Wind?

We have a winner! Easy Wind and It Must Have Been the Roses are credited to Hunter alone on Workingman's Dead and Garcia's Reflections. Congratulations!

Liberty's from after my time, so I can't comment on that.
